Double Down
Double Down builds on the character established by earlier releases while introducing a deeper layer of finishing and complexity. Inspired by the business principle of doubling down on what works, this expression takes the original bourbon profile and pushes it further with a triple oak finish. The result is richer, darker, and more layered.

Tasting Notes
Double Down opens with an inviting nose filled with warm baking spice and pastry notes. Aromas of toasted cinnamon and sweet dough evoke cinnamon monkey bread, while a light citrus glaze adds brightness. Beneath the sweetness, hints of black pepper and fresh herbs begin to emerge.
On the palate, the whiskey reveals a rich and layered texture. Cinnamon sugar and honey toast lead the way, supported by vanilla cream and gentle oak structure. The additional finishing brings a deeper warmth to the flavor profile, darkening and rounding the familiar elements of the base bourbon.
As the whiskey lingers, notes of pepper spice and wood oil begin to surface, balanced by subtle citrus sweetness. A delicate touch of sandalwood appears late in the finish, adding an aromatic complexity that continues to evolve in the glass.
The result is a bourbon that takes the original profile and pushes it further—richer, warmer, and more expressive.
